Do I need permission from my parents to make a purchase?

If you are under the age of 18, you need parental permission in order to buy something from our PB store. Unauthorized purchases are strictly prohibited and will result in your account being banned from our PB server, and all other Minecraft PB Store connected to our platform.

Am I allowed to buy something for other players?

Yes, you may purchase something for other players by typing their own Minecraft in-game name, however please do note that the original cardholder is always responsible for the purchase.

Can I buy something for cracked accounts?

No, we exclusively sell packages to legal Minecraft accounts.

What should I do if I did not receive my package?
